11th and 12th Grade Vocational School:
An innovative and collaborative space to allow students with spatial and construction aptitude to learn through hands on and experiential training, while simultaneously earning education credit hours, career certifications, and employment opportunities. This school will accommodate around 160 high school students per day.
This vocational high school will serve as a full-time construction vocation school with a goal of 100% employment placement for graduating students, or continuing on in their education journey or through a union pathway. Feeder schools are Howard High School and East Ridge High School , but any Hamilton County student showing aptitude for the trades will be encouraged to apply to the school. Students will attend their core high school for half day and then go the the Center for hands-on training in the Technical Center or work-based learning for half day.
Students will be eligible for dual enrollment in TCAT’s credentialed program with the intent of receiving a TCAT diploma by the time they graduate from high school.

Elementary School: Exposure to Construction Careers Begins
5th - 6th Grade: Initial exposure through Field trips, Touch-A-Truck program at Career Center“, Toolbox” in-school projects, community outreach programs, summer camps
7th-8th Grade: Career Fair at Construction Center, You Science testing / prepare and recruit to Future Ready programs
9th and 10th Grades: Career Immersion Commences
The Center will serve as a resource center for teachers and students in building and construction-related Future Ready Institutes (FRI).
